Participation in running, athletics, strength training, and physical activity involves inherent risks, including injury or death.

You participate at your own risk.

3. No Guarantee of Results

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Race performance

  • Personal bests

  • Qualification outcomes

  • Injury prevention

 

Results vary based on adherence, lifestyle, genetics, recovery, and external factors.

4. Athlete Responsibility

You agree that:

  • You are medically fit to participate

  • You will seek medical clearance where appropriate

  • You will disclose relevant injuries or medical conditions

  • You are responsible for training decisions outside supervised sessions

5. Online Coaching Limitation

For online services:

  • We are not physically present to supervise sessions

  • We cannot assess terrain, weather, or real-time execution

  • You assume responsibility for session safety

6. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Fees are billed in advance

  • Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled

  • No refunds are provided once a billing cycle has commenced

  • Founding Athlete rates apply only while membership remains active

 

Failure to pay may result in suspension of services and legal action taken.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, including but not limited to:

  • Training programs

  • Certification content

  • Videos

  • Documents

  • Methodology frameworks

 

are the intellectual property of My Run Team.

 

You may not:

8. Certification Disclaimer

PEAK METHOD certifications:

  • Are internal methodology certifications

  • Do not replace formal accreditation from Athletics Australia or other governing bodies

  • May be revoked if standards are breached

9. Licensing

Any licensing of PEAK METHOD programs:

  • Is governed by a separate written agreement

  • Is non-transferable

  • May be terminated for breach of brand or delivery standards

10. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to terminate services if a participant:

  • Disrespects staff or other athletes

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Run Team excludes liability for:
