No, the cost of the Squad sessions covers the entire month. You are welcome to attend as many or as few sessions as you’d like during that period.

We offer personalized coaching for all levels. Our experienced coaches create tailored training programs to help you improve and achieve your goals.
Yes, contact us to reschedule. Ensure you provide at least 24 hours' notice as per our cancellation policy.

To access your online training sessions, log in to your account on Training Peaks. You will find all your scheduled sessions and resources there.
Yes, new members can try a session if there's a suitable time. Sign up on our website or contact us to schedule. Note: Trial sessions aren't available for online clients.
You can pay for My Run Team services securely through our website using various payment methods such as credit/debit cards, PayPal, or bank transfer. Simply select your preferred payment option during the checkout process.
Or once you are established you may pay for the session in person with either cash, pay anyone, or ban transfer.
