FOUNDING ATHLETE (APPLICATION ONLY)

If you’re serious about improving as a runner — not just completing sessions — this is for you.

 

Founding Athlete is the first intake of the PEAK METHOD PROJECT:

 

a structured, periodised coaching system designed to build runners who finish strong.

 

Who It’s For:

 

Founding Athlete is for runners who:

  • Want a coach-led plan, not a copy/paste program

  • Train consistently (or are ready to) and want structure and accountability

  • Care about durability and long-term improvement

  • Want a strong finish — not survival mode in the last third of the race

  • Are willing to follow a smart progression, not chase ego mileage

 

This is not for you if:

  • You want a “one-size-fits-all” plan

  • You want high mileage for the sake of saying you do high mileage

  • You aren’t ready to commit to a structured 20-week block

 

What You Get:

 

As a Founding Athlete, you receive:

  • Individualised TrainingPeaks plan built from your application + onboarding

  • 20-week performance block (foundation → development → execution)

  • Weekly review + feedback (coaching adjustments based on your data)

  • Strength + mobility prescription aligned to your training phase

  • Technique support (simple, practical cues and drills that actually stick)

  • Race strategy & execution plan (pacing, fueling, mindset, logistics)

  • Direct communication channel for coaching support (boundaries defined in Welcome Pack)

 

The 20-Week Block:

 

The block is built in three phases:

 

Phase 1 — Foundation & Durability

Build training tolerance, fix the obvious leaks, and establish consistency.

 

Phase 2 — Performance Development

Progress the work that moves the needle: aerobic development, threshold control, race-specific conditioning.

 

Phase 3 — Execution & Finish Strong

Race modelling, taper protocol, and a clear plan so you don’t fade when it counts.

 

How It Works:

 

Step 1: Apply (2–3 minutes)

Step 2: If accepted, you’ll receive your onboarding link + payment details

Step 3: Your TrainingPeaks is set up + first week is delivered

Step 4: Weekly reviews begin immediately

 

Pricing:

 

Founding Athlete Investment: $225 / month (20-week minimum)

 

OR

 

Paid-in-full (20 weeks): $1,038

 

Founding Athlete bonuses:

 

Founding rate locked-in while you remain active

 

Priority access to future PEAK METHOD Project upgrades

 

Founding Athlete community call (monthly)

If you’re accepted, your spot is held for 48 hours after your acceptance email.
