At My Run Team, we work with aspiring runners and athletes of all ages and abilities to get them more focused, powerful, and technically proficient than ever before.
Our approach involves personalized online coaching for recreational runners and endurance athletes; squad training programs for sprinters and middle-distance runners, and one-on-one coaching sessions for any athlete.
Our training sessions are carefully crafted to push athletes beyond their limits, facilitating optimal performance development.
Types of sessions may involve hill work, intervals, speed endurance, fartlek, technical skills, endurance, and aerobic work.
We have helped athletes run their first marathons, achieve PBs at all distances, progress to Zone, Regional, State and National Championships and podium once there.
