Experience a fresh and stimulating approach to sports training with our online coaching program. Developed by Coach Kel based on his personal background in endurance running and training, this program can be customized to meet your goals.
Each month, you will receive a comprehensive plan directly through the Training Peaks platform. As you finish the assigned sessions, Coach Kel will receive your performance statistics and feedback regarding your experience. Based on this information, he can modify your program to better suit your requirements.
Our program includes unlimited communication via email and phone, allowing you to receive personalized support as you work towards your goals. Additionally, we can schedule Zoom or Google Meets sessions if needed.
Our squad training program combines expert coaching, diverse training routines, camaraderie, and encouragement to help you achieve your personal running goals. Each session, lasting 60 minutes, includes a warm-up section, faster or sustained efforts, and a group or individual cool-down component.
Training takes place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, with a start time of 7:00 PM.
Whether you are new to running, returning to training after a break, or simply looking for a supportive and well-supervised group of like-minded individuals who can run continuously for 1km, you will find a welcoming and supportive environment with us.
