On Saturday June 10th we will be holding a shake out and catch-up run at Logan River parkrun at 7:00am. All are welcome to come and join us for this run or walk.

About the event
On June 10th we will be on the Gold Coast catching up with remote clients. We will be attending Logan River parkrun as a shake-out run or walk.Â
parkrun is a free 5km timed event open to anyone. All you need to do is to register on their website and bring your barcode with you. parkrun is run by volunteers. It is not a race and you can run or walk if you desire. You will not be the last person across the finish line as a volunteer takes this honour.
This shake-out event will give you an opportunity to meet with us, have a run or walk, followed by a coffee or breakfast at a nearby cafe. It will give you an opportunity to see what we are about, meet our community of athletes in Queensland and aks any question you might have about us or running.
